Spot Easy

Spot Easy believes there's a better way for renters to find apartments, and they're betting they can beat companies like Zillow along the way.
After collaborating with their C-suite on product strategy, we designed and built their entire platform, including consumer-facing features, data pipelines, administrative tools, analytics dashboards, and more.
Post-launch we're focused on features that boost engagement and retention, and we're excited to build the Spot Easy mobile app.

Hitpic

With inspiration from Instagram and Snapchat, Hitpic is a location-based photo sharing platform.
As a social media app, we built lots of features users would expect: image filters, commenting, notifications, hashtags, and even emoji ratings. 😉
We also built an admin dashboard to help with tracking user behavior, monitoring content, and responding to support requests.

Apricity Travel

Apricity uses deep personalization to help you discover attractions and events you'll love, both nearby and when you travel.
Working closely with the founding team, we built a machine-learning algorithm and web app to recommend fun things to do in any city. If you've ever traveled and wondered, "What should I do and see?", Apricity is for you.
Using the best tool for the job, we picked Python for the recommendation algorithm, Ruby on Rails for the backend API, and Next.js+React for a snappy frontend experience.

Lasko Getaways

Lasko Getaways

Lasko Getaways runs a premier Passover holiday retreat in South Florida. After decades in business, they outgrew their business administration software and asked Hub3 to streamline and modernize their operation.
We first built a custom CRM to manage the client lifecycle. Admins could send polished proposals, manage client reservations, and process invoices, all in one cohesive place.
Once this was complete, we added a suite of reporting and analytics features that gave admins insight into their operation and empowered them to make data-driven decisions.

New Wave Real Estate

We completely rebuilt New Wave's website and transformed the process of finding an apartment into a guided, e-commerce-like experience.
To that end, we crafted a new search experience for their 50,000+ rentals and a "checkout" flow that allows new clients to schedule showings and share their search preferences quickly.
We also built internal tools to streamline tedious agent workflows and automate rental data importing and sanitization.
